Overview

Build a relaxed Darjeeling outing around tea-country scenery, selected town viewpoints and time for photographs. Tell us whether you prefer a short stroll, a scenic drive or a mix of both, and we will suggest a practical route for the season.

A tea-estate visit or tasting can be requested, subject to the estate opening schedule, production season and permission. Mountain visibility depends on the weather, so no sunrise or Himalayan view is guaranteed. The heritage railway is a separate optional arrangement and is not included in this experience unless confirmed in writing.

Your final proposal will set out the duration, reporting point, transport, guide and any paid entries. Steep lanes and uneven paths may affect accessibility; share your walking comfort and health considerations before the route is finalised. Leave flexible time for hill traffic and weather.

Know before you go

Plan and availability before booking

This is an enquiry-based experience proposal. Confirm the operator, route, duration, meeting point, language, group arrangements, included services, taxes and total price in writing before paying. No slot, ticket or guide is held by submitting an enquiry.

Participation and local conditions

Share traveller ages, walking or activity comfort and accessibility needs before the route is agreed. Local access, weather and operating conditions may require changes. Follow the confirmed operator guidance; optional activities require a separate suitability check.

Changes, cancellation and refunds

Ask for the supplier and service conditions applicable to your final quote before booking. Changes depend on availability and may be repriced. Cancellation charges and refundable amounts follow the conditions accepted for the confirmed services; no universal percentage or refund deadline is promised here.

Meeting point

The final town meeting point or pickup arrangement will be stated in your written confirmation.
