Check the entry route first
Visa requirements depend on nationality, passport type, residence, purpose, duration and travel dates. An available exemption, ETA or visa-on-arrival route is different from a tourist visa application. Check the right route before paying for help you may not need.
Prepare a profile-based checklist
Use the current official authority checklist and confirm any requirements specific to your circumstances. Names, dates and passport details must match exactly. Provide sensitive documents only through the agreed secure application channel.
Review charges and timing
Ask for separate authority charges, service charges, taxes and optional assistance. Processing figures are indicative authority references and can change with additional checks. Leave a suitable planning buffer; an enquiry is not an application.
Read the actual approval
Visa validity, use-before dates and permitted stay are different. Check the issued document, separate arrival requirements and supporting travel papers. Approval, admission and extensions remain with the destination authorities.
