What to check in your quote, payment instructions and service-specific booking conditions.

Before you agree to a booking
Review traveller names, dates, route, room occupancy, selected services, exclusions, taxes, currency and total price. Ask how availability is checked and what written confirmation you will receive.
Before making a payment
Use the verified instructions in your written quote. Check the amount, due dates, recipient and reference, and retain receipts. An enquiry form does not collect a payment or create an automatic reservation.
If your plans change
Contact the team with your booking reference, travel date and the services you want to amend. Revised arrangements depend on availability and may be repriced. Ask for the applicable charges and acknowledgement before treating a request as confirmed.
Cancellation and refunds
The specific supplier and service terms accepted for your booking determine cancellation charges and any refundable amount. Request those terms before payment. A request, supplier decision and completed refund are separate stages; this guide does not introduce a universal charge percentage or refund deadline.
