Your travel dates and duration
This suggested itinerary is 8 days / 7 nights. Share your preferred dates or travel month, arrival/departure point and group size so the team can check a workable custom plan. Travel and transfer time is part of the outline. This is not a scheduled group departure, and no seat or room is held until the selected arrangements are confirmed in writing.
Review your personalised quote
This page is a suggested custom holiday. Ask for a written quote showing the selected travel dates, traveller names and ages, route, accommodation, room occupancy, transport, meals, sightseeing, taxes, total amount and booking conditions. An enquiry does not reserve rooms, tickets, vehicles or seats.
Accommodation, rooms and meals
The property name, room category, occupancy, meal plan and check-in/check-out arrangements are those stated in your final confirmation. Early check-in, late checkout, adjoining rooms and other special requests depend on availability and may involve a separately quoted charge. Destination artwork does not identify a booked hotel or room.
Transfers, sightseeing and optional experiences
Pickup/drop points, transfer type, vehicle arrangements, guide services, admission tickets and included meals must be listed in the written quote. Suggested visits and optional experiences are not reserved merely because they appear in the itinerary. Local opening hours, access, traffic and weather can affect the workable order of the day.
Payment and booking confirmation
Review the payment schedule, due dates, accepted payment method and availability conditions in your written quote before paying. Follow the verified booking instructions shared by SRDV Technologies and retain the confirmation and receipts. No online payment or automatic reservation is created by this enquiry form.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
Contact SRDV Technologies with your booking reference and the service you want to change or cancel, and request acknowledgement. Availability, revised prices, cancellation charges and refundable amounts depend on the specific supplier and service terms accepted for your booking. Ask for those conditions before payment. A request, supplier approval and a completed refund are separate stages; no standard percentage or refund deadline is promised on this page.
Documents, permits and participation needs
Check the travel-document, visa and permit requirements relevant to your nationality, destination and dates before booking. Tell the team about traveller ages, mobility needs and other requirements that affect the route. Optional water, snow, walking and adventure experiences require their own availability, operating and suitability checks.
Destination-specific planning notes
High altitude can cause serious illness. Discuss medical suitability with a qualified clinician before travel. Long drives, weather, permits, road access and seasonal stays need checking; the route may require extra rest, a revised turnaround or cancellation. No high-pass crossing or adventure activity is guaranteed.
Winter travel enquiries — November & December 2026
November enquiry window: 14 Nov 2026 to 21 Nov 2026. December enquiry window: 12 Dec 2026 to 19 Dec 2026. These are enquiry dates for a possible winter-adjusted plan, not recommended or confirmed departures of the full published circuit. Himachal Tourism identifies April–October as the usual visiting period; winter conditions can make parts of the published route unavailable. The team must check a workable route, access, stays and price before accepting a plan. Booking remains by enquiry; no room, seat or ticket is held.
