Terms
Authority timing and conditions
Processing is an indicative authority reference after a complete eligible submission; it is not a guaranteed decision deadline. Check the applicable office and route before filing, allow extra time, and follow the dates and conditions on the issued approval.
Quote and optional assistance
Ask for a written breakdown of any authority fee, service charge, tax and optional assistance before agreeing to proceed. An enquiry does not submit an application or reserve a travel service. Do not send passport or financial documents through an unverified channel.
Decision, changes and refunds
The destination authority decides approval and admission and may request additional information. Ask which authority and assistance charges apply, and which may be non-refundable, before payment. A refusal or change does not create an automatic refund entitlement.
Route-specific guidance
Eligible Indian ordinary-passport tourism visits may use the current exemption; this e-Visa option is for a profile or stay that actually needs it. The older e-Visa implementation notice supplies only an indicative processing reference; current entry eligibility must be checked separately.
